František Myšák’s legacy has endured to this day. A creative approach, a sense of humour, high-quality ingredients and modern technologies and processes are timeless principles for our head pastry chef, Lukáš Pohl. He therefore wants to honour them in his pastry atelier even today.
The story of Myšák
We are carrying on the tradition of the Myšák patisserie on Vodičkova ulice, to which founder and pastry chef František Myšák welcomed his first guests in 1911. People stood in queues extending to the street for his orange cakes. In 2018, we reestablished that First Republic tradition and returned Czech pastries to that well-known address.
